I have such a weakness when it comes to organization. I have to have a planner and I have so many post-is I could open my own office supply store. I have tried my fair share of planners and nothing compares to the Erin Condren Life Planner. Whether you're a student like me or a busy mom keeping track of your family's schedule, this planner is perfect. It' $50 a pop but honestly it's well worth the investment.
Ever walk down the planner aisle and not see a cover that screams "you". I have! But you don't have to worry about that with the Erin Condren LP because there are so many unique designs to choose from. I chose the "Viva Espana" cover -- the colors in it are just so pretty and I added my name for more customization. There are tons of different options to choose from and you don't have to customize it, but if you think you want to you can always change the cover colors, add text for free, add a photo for free, or just completely come up with your own design. When I was researching the planners, I saw examples of engagement photos used as covers, collages of friend photos as covers, etc.
The packaging of the planner was also super cute. You might not be able to see it in the photo that well but it's pink and teal and is adorable. The planner was covered in pink tissue paper and had a cute enjoy! sticker securing the top. I do love cute packaging so this was a cherry on top. Let's get into the details.
The first pages of the planner are this: You can add your personal details on the left (like your phone number, address, etc in case you lost it). For mine I just added my email address on some washi tape.
Erin Condren planners are chock full of inspiring quotes. In fact, the next two pages have the well-known quote "Work Hard Play Hard" and a chevron design. This planner just makes you smile.
And for the planning part: You have the full year at a glance, monthly views, and weekly views. If you can't figure out how to organize your life with all of those then you have one crazy life!
See, more inspiring quotes. It's so fun every time you turn the page.
I started to scribble my planning in it immediately so I have to show you a month that I didn't write anything in. You have your month at a glance view...
...and then you always have your week at a glance view. This makes it so easy to keep track of daily things like reading assignments and bigger things like law review meetings and my exam schedule. It's also easy to to-do lists, shopping lists, and meetings so everything is at my finger tips.
The planner also included a bunch of lined and unlined note pages for you to use however you want. Right now I just have a list of blog post ideas, some addresses, and wishlists in mine, but you can use them for grocery lists, random scribbles, inspiration boards, etc. There's really no limit.
And one of my absolute favorite things about the LP is the stickers!
You can also add customized stickers for about $3 to fit whatever you have going on. I customized a sheet of stickers to say Flight (because of traveling) and No Classes (because I'm a student). You can customize the background color of the stickers but I didn't realize that! Oops! Oh well.
More and more blank stickers.
And you can always add washi tape. I have seen so many YouTube videos of people organizing their Condren life planners. You an get some really great ideas there.

Erin Condren also included an envelope in the planner to contain the sticky notes, receipts, etc.
And also a Keep It Together folder to keep stickers and and the custom made sticker sheets with your planner. No more losing things because they weren't kept together!
A new thing for this year is the Forget Me Not Perpetual Calendar and Contacts pamphlet. You don't have to re-write these in future planners. I hole-punched an index card and attached it to the back of the calendar so now I can just detach and move the calendar to your new planner. Erin Condren makes coil clips for this purpose.

So there you have it :) My brand new Erin Condren planner for 2014-2015. I love it so far and can't wait to really get it all set up and start using it!
Do you use a planner?
