It's official! CompletelyNikki has joined the YouTube family and I just published my very first video! It's a vlog style video of the first week of my official weight loss journey. As you know, I have dabbled in weight loss before (remember my 75 Hard journey) and I am hoping this will help with accountability/motivation and make it a bit more fun to track my progress toward my goals.
