Before traveling to Switzerland, I scoured the internet to find blogs and listicles to decide what I wanted to pack for our anniversary trip to the mountainous and majestic country. If you want to see how I packed two weeks of diverse outfits into my 55 liter backpack, continue reading!

Recap: Peloton Class in NYC Studio
It's always good to do something new and push yourself out of your comfort zone, right? I think so, particularly when it comes to fitness. Recently my sister and I took a day trip to New York to take a spin class at the Peloton studio in Manhattan.
If you don't know what Peloton is just google it real quick. It's a fitness company that is taking the world by storm. Originally it was just a bike but it has grown to a bike, numerous classes, and a treadmill. My sister has had a peloton bike for about a year and she raves about the workout. It's fun, entertaining, and -- above all -- challenging. So when she asked if I would go with her to NYC for a class at the studio of course I said yes. What can I say, I'm a sucker for new experiences!
So I guess let's jump in. Here's a recap of the Peloton ride!

5 Tools to Have in Your Toolbox For a Weight Loss Journey (My Toolbox)
When beginning a weight loss journey I think the biggest question outside of "When do I begin?" is probably "What do I need to begin?" In all honesty, I have no idea what is needed and I'm sure the answer depends on each person's specific goals. So, really, it's entirely up to you what tools you want to keep in your toolbox. For me, and for right now, here are 10 things you might like to have in your weight loss toolbox:

Weight Loss: My "Why"
I'm glad you stopped by. A weight loss journey is something that can be both exciting and daunting at the same time. The starting line for everyone's weight loss journey is fueled by their "why". As in why am I doing this? Why am I motivated to make these changes?
Welcome to my passion project, my online space where I share all things life. After a few unfocused yet still-failed attempts at increasing my fitness activities and shedding some pesky extra weight I decided to incorporate fitness as a component here on my blog. I hope it will hold me more accountable since it's out there for the world to see. So what is my "why" you ask? Have a seat -- let's get to know each other.

Less than 24 Hours In Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein has been on my "To Go" travel list forever and when we visited Switzerland it was the perfect opportunity to cross it off our list. It's a teeny tiny principality so we took one day to explore.

What Invisalign is really like.
This post has been a long time coming. I started my Invisalign journey the day before Thanksgiving in 2016 and wrapped it up shortly after my wedding in September 2017. I wanted to share my experience in case anyone was considering Invisalign or braces and had questions. I definitely recommend Invaslign but there were some things I wish I would have known when I was starting off my journey. Warning: teeth photos ahead!

New Orleans Travel Guide
We love to escape to new cities for a low-stress long weekend every now and again. The last new city we visited was New Orleans and I realized that I never did a travel guide for it. Keep on reading if you're interested in visiting The Big Easy!

Dinner at Jean-Georges
Husband and I attended a "soft open" at the new Jean-Georges restaurant in Philadelphia this past weekend. I have never eaten at a restaurant before it was open to the public so I was really excited and to be honest, I felt like such a celebrity! It probably will never happen again but we had a great time.

Having a "Sweet" Time at Ariana Grande's Sweetener Concert 2019
Look at us go! My sister and I are on such a roll with doing fun things together this summer. We recently went to Coffee with Carly x The Seven Guide and this past Monday we attended the Ariana Grade concert! We saw Ariana Grande for her Dangerous Woman Tour in New York back in 2017 and we wanted to go again. Plus we have been listening to Thank You, Next and 7 Rings on repeat. Maybe that's why I've been on a shopping spree?! Lol.
A Quick Trip to Nola (Part One)
Any opportunity we have to scratch our travel itch we try to take. So when Memorial Day approached we knew we wanted to seize the opportunity (and days off) to schedule a quick getaway. We considered a few locations but ultimately settled on a brief visit to New Orleans, Louisiana. Want to see what we got into?

Sister Escape: Coffee with Carly x The Seven Guide
My sister and I took a little road trip last week for a blog-related event called Coffee With Carly presented by The Seven Guide in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. So, who is Carly you're probably wondering? Well, she is a blogger over on CarlyThePrepster.com! She has been blogging about her life, travels, style, etc. since her college days in 2008. My sister reads her blog and asked if I would tag along for the event. Never one to turn down an opportunity for some sister time of course I said yes!

The Last Italy Recap: Final Days in Florence
Oh my goodness it is about time this gets posted, right? I mean, our trip to Italy was literally over six months ago but no big. I've recapped our time in Rome (part one and part two), Vatican City (part one and part two), Pompeii, Venice (part one and part two), and Milan. Now it's time to share how we spent our final days in Florence!

Maxing Out Our Time in Milan
From Venice we traveled north to Milan. I was psyched to see Milan and all of its fashionable inhabitants but I was also really looking forward to our day trip to Lake Como. We were in Milan for three days but I really count it as one and a half because we only went sightseeing the first day and the third morning we were there. This is what we did on those days!

A FEW DAYS IN VENICE - DAY TWO
For day two/our last day in Venice it was back to sunny skies all day. We hit the road water and visited the Venetian islands of Murano and Burano. These islands were so tiny and fun to explore.

A Few Days in Venice - Day One
We only had a few days to spend in Venice during our two weeks in Italy in September. I really wish we would have added one more time though because wandering the canals and waterways was so much fun. It's like another world and was completely different than what we are used to. This is how we spent our few days in vivacious Venice.
