Not a great month and very little progress but I can't say I'm surprised. It was my birthday in May and Husband gave me an ice cream maker so...we've been enjoying creamy delights pretty much every day. Definitely NOT helpful when it comes to weight loss. I've still been using my Peloton and I enjoyed some other fun workouts too (I tried TAI CHI!) but no doubt it is NOT enough to offset all the desserts of this past month.

If you are interested in tracking your body measurements as a way to check your progress (and we here at ThatProgress are all about finding more ways to track progress) be sure to measure around the widest parts of each body part (i.e. across the nipples when measuring your bust, across the widest part of your upper arms, and across the widest part of your thighs).
