Hello March! Monthly Check-In


New month, new goals! But first, let's check-in:

Weight
Highest Weight: 166 lbs
Current Weight: 157.4 lbs
Goal Weight: 130 lbs

Measurements*
Right Arm: Will start this in April.
Left Arm: Will start this in April.
Bust/Chest: Will start this in April.
Waist: Will start this in April.
Hips: Will start this in April.
Right Thigh: Will start this in April.
Left Thigh: Will start this in April.

Non-scale Victory: PRing on my 30 minute ride on my Peloton!

Some goals for March:
1. Increase water intake from 72 ounces per day to 96 ounces/day. This means it will be no less than four of my favorite Contigo 24 ounce water bottle.

2. See sub-155 on the scale!

3. Incorporate 2+ plant-based meals per week.

4. Three peloton rides every week. No excuses.

*If you are interested in tracking your measurements as a way to check your progress (and we here at ThatProgress are all about finding more ways to track progress) be sure to measure around the widest parts of each body part (i.e. across the nipples when measuring your bust, across the widest part of your upper arms, and across the widest part of your thighs).
